Due to the hygienic nature of our products, purchases made are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. All sales are final. Exceptions will be made if the wrong item was sent.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Email us within 24 hours as orders are processed quickly to ensure that you receive your refund.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, Melano Blaq has no control after handing your shipment off to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages.

DOES MELANO BLAQ SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. All packages will be available to be tracked & signed upon arrival

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR FAULTY?

 If your product is received faulty/broken please email us at contactmelanoblaq@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. You must provide a photo of the damaged item along with the packing slip. If we made an error in the fulfilment of your order (e.g. you received an item you did not order), follow the instructions below. 

 

ARE ALL MELANO BLAQ's LIP GLOSSES VEGAN/CRUELTY-FREE?

All of our lip glosses are completely cruelty-free! As we are a company that believes that inclusivity for all is important, especially for our vegan costumers, we do try

#our hardest to ensure that every product that is made is 100% vegan.

 

However, if there is a lipgloss that is created we make sure to make this crystal clear in the description box of our glosses.

WHAT ARE MELANO BLAQs LIP GLOSSES MADE OF?

Each lip gloss is made from a vegan and organic lip gloss base infused with:

• 100% Pure Organic, Vegan Grapeseed Oil

• 100% Pure Organic, Vegan Sweet Almond Oil

• 100% Pure Organic, Vegan Coconut oil

Benefits of Grapeseed Oil: Improve your skin’s elasticity and softness( great for your lips!) 

Helps to improve the skin’s moisture & suppleness. 

 

Benefits of Coconut Oil: Hydrates skin and improves skin elasticity and collagen production. Coconut oil is also known for its anti-ageing properties. Rich in anti-oxidants. 

 

Benefits of Sweet Almond Oil: Excellent lubricant and is beneficial for dry, sensitive skin. Absorbs easily; perfect for dry chapped lips. Full of protein, vitamins, and minerals.

We STRONGLY advise you to do a small patch test to make sure allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any reactions to our products.

WILL MY GLOSSES MELT/FREEZE/EXPIRE?

​

If the product is introduced to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.

​

While the products do not have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended for the glosses to be used within 6 months after opening for best product quality...but we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue!
